Rede GLOBO "BELISSIMA"
A Brazilian soap opera produced by Rede GLOBO, a network that covers almost the whole of Brazil, the shootings of which were conducted in Brazil, but also in Greece, to the islands of Milos and Santorini, in co-production with CL Productions.
The Rede GLOBO television network covers almost the whole of Brazil, with audiences scattered throughout 99,84% of Brazil's 5,043 municipal districts. On the air 24 hours a day, virtually all the Rede GLOBO Programs are designed and produced in-house at it's own studios, reflecting just how closely it is attuned to the customs and culture of its audience. Dubbed in a wide variety of languages, this treasure-trove of small-screen gems today brings all the myth and magic of Brazil to some 130 countries all over the world. In the course of a single year, Rede GLOBO records and airs a multitude of soap operas, mini-series and specials. This output in even more impressive when shows, comedy hours, musical events and news programs are included. All this totals 4,420 hours a year, equivalent to 2,210 full-length features, which ranks it as the world's largest television program producer.
The GLOBO Production Complex in Jacarepagua is the largest venture of its kind in Latin America. Covering 1,300,000 square meters, of which some 150,000 are roofed, this Complex is designed to hold nine super-studios, several production modules and vast warehouses for storing costumes, accessories and sets.
