Vassilis Kehagias "LOVE IN THE END"

Screenplay based on an idea by Ogilvy-One

Three true stories of unfulfilled love, with the happy end they never had. A girl who is afraid of her feelings, is falling in love. A man who lies because he cannot express himself, now has to tell the truth. And a couple that doesn't believe in love, cannot live apart. Three stories of people in love who dare to go beyond their own selves. These are also stories about the beauty, the diziness, the secrets and the revelations of love. About the one who overcomes all obstacles. In the end.

Plot summary

Katerina has just finished school. She hesitates to go on a trip with her classmates. Instead, she goes on a cruise to the Greek Islands with her parents and her little brother. She prefers being by herself. Until one day she meets Pavlos, a young sublieutenant. What Katerina expected to be a simple 7-day trip, becomes the beginning of the biggest adventure of her life.

George and Aliki are close friends since kindergarden school. For the past 18 years they have been together. However, George's feelings, during the past year, have changed. Being just friends with Aliki is not enough. On the other hand, he thinks that confessing his feeling will scare Aliki away... even he felt frightened when he realised that he had fallen in love. This is why he decides to tell her a lie. A lie that he expects to bring him closer to Aliki, but in reality takes her further away...

Nikos and Stella are complete strangers. They meet by accident during a night trip. Like most people who meet during trips, they do not think their acquaintance will have any perspective. Furthermore, neither of them believes in magic moments nor in sudden love. So it is quite strange that they actually decide to meet again and it is even stranger that they both feel thrilled about it. Fate, however, has different plans for them...
